The Al fresco dining area is located to the rear of the house, it can be accessed from the kitchen diner through the French doors. The perfect area for evening eating and drinking the area is completed with table, chairs and sun umbrella - not to mention a gas fired barbecue - what more could you want!

In addition the outside of the property offers a small summer house to the front of the house, which affords sea views.

The secluded decking area at the rear of the property has power points and lights for evenings.
